Start with rotating your hips to one side and blocking your opponents hips with both hands. This allows you to move your own hips away, creating a gap to get your bottom knee out.
Because your bottom shin is blocking, there is enough space to bring your top knee out.
When you do this, grab both sides of their lapel and sit up without losing your hooks.
From here you are in a good position to attack with a loop choke.
